US Health Care Delivery Systems
Q1
Since the enacting of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), there have been debates about the success of the act. The primary objective of the law was ensuring that more Americans received health insurance. Research shows that over 20 million American receive health coverage through the ACA (Patton, 2013). Many Americans were not interested in health insurance or did not afford other insurances. However, after enactment of the law, more Americans continue receiving health insurance. Secondly, Obama care has helped with financial stability. The healthcare law protects citizens from using a lot of many when they need medical attention. Regarding affordable insurance, Obama care has not been able to provide cheaper health insurance. Health insurance in the US is still expensive and those earning less experience a difficulty making payment (Sanger-Katz, 2017). It is more difficult for individuals who do not receive help from the government in paying premiums.
Q2
One of the aspects influencing the delivery of health services is the ethnic and racial differences. Some people are reluctant to offer health services to certain groups because of their skin color (Fiscella &Sanders, 2016). They claim that they do not have enough resources and hence continue providing inadequate health services to citizens. People feel that they are superior to others and hence make decisions for everyone. Racial discrimination is a thing of the past, but it affects other individuals. Another factor is health insurance. It is much better to receive health insurance. However, the lack of insurance makes it difficult for a person to receive any help. Healthcare services continue being expensive in the USA, but it is more affordable than paying money without any insurance.

I agree that education is an essential factor in delivering health care in the USA. This is because, people can properly understand, the benefits of receiving care in the present and the future. For this reason, health care providers should encourage the provision of health education to all citizens. One of the significant ways of achieving this is through creating mobile clinics where volunteers can hold seminars. They can take this time to explain their services, the benefits, and weaknesses. Society is not too arrogant to view the fact that it is normal for any project to have weaknesses. Another way to influence health services delivery would be learning the cultures of the American people. Every region has their beliefs and attitudes. Understanding the way things work, would make sure that the services provided do not go against their beliefs.

I believe that no one has the right to decide who receives treatment. In the past, people with chronic illnesses would not be covered by insurance. They used much money to seek treatment for their people. However, the ACA made it possible to receive treatment. If this were a wrong decision, data would reveal the failure of the law. However, results show that a more significant number of people with chronic illnesses have received health services. I also agree with the fact that the individual mandate provision led to younger people seeking healthier treatment.
In some cases, they ignore symptoms because it is expensive to get a checkup. However, the ACA made it possible to get treated for diseases before they get worse. It will take more time to reveal whether the ACA will continue being beneficial to the American people.
